QUALITY MANAGEMENT

TJCM, in all of its operations, strives to provide superior, consistent, high-quality services. In order to maintain this, TJCM follows a Quality Management System complete with pre-project planning and preparation, active project management and quality control and assurance during and post-project.

TJCM’s Quality Management System places a strong emphasis on preventing issues/problems rather than detection of problems once they arrive, as we believe proactivity is the key to maintaining quality.

PRE-PROJECT PLANNING AND PREPARATION

Prior to the commencement of any project, the TJCM team sets out the objectives and goals to be achieved, the strategies, processes, procedures and the plans to be followed, all with the aim to fulfill contract requirements safely, efficiently and to the highest of industry standards.

ACTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

During all TJCM projects, our Management team is directly involved to ensure ongoing compliance with rules and regulations, processes and procedures, and that work is being completed as per all plans and strategies outlined in the pre-project planning and preparation stage. Active project management allows TJCM to monitor all projects closely and ensure the quality of work performed by our team and sub-trades meets and exceeds our quality standards.

QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE

Our TJCM team ensures this standard on all projects and does so by completing a variety of quality control and assurance techniques. TJCM operates software tools to run its business in a more efficient and effective manner, including PlanSwift 9 for pre-project planning and BusinessConnect for client analysis, budgeting and scheduling.

ISO 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
